This position is a Monday through Friday day shift position. This position is responsible for picking products that have been ordered and building pallets out of the products.

Once all the orders are built and the trucks are back then they load the trucks for delivery the next day. At the end of the day, they are to clean up and restock, setting the team up for success the next day.

Summary : Warehouse activities for the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Builds bulk delivery pallets for customers and loads them onto bulk delivery vehicles in proper order.
• Daily shipping / receiving which includes unloading trucks, verifying the correctness of shipments against bills of lading or other records, checking for shortages, rejecting damaged goods, shipping and dunnage, and routing merchandise to the proper department or loading area.

Takes the initiative to verify accuracies and deliver shipments received to the proper department upon receipt.

• Operates gas, propane, or electric-powered forklift or pallet jack. Collects and delivers a variety of goods, materials, and products in warehouses or loading docks.
• Inspects products and equipment for conformity to federal and state sanitation laws and plant standards. Performs cleaning of equipment in work areas.

Inspects premises for unsanitary practices and conditions.

• Repack damaged products according to company standards. Participates in the safety program and follows all company policies and procedures
