Required experience:

• 1 year in a customer service experience setting required (retail, auto, food, sales, etc)
• Available to work a variety of shifts including early mornings (6:30am start) to evening shifts (8:30pm end)
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Computer proficiency.
• Problem solving abilities and professional acumen.
• Authorized to work in US.
• Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)
• Leadership experience preferred.

Job description and general duties:

As a keyholder at Checkered Flag Lux Express Car Wash, you would be wearing multiple hats. Duties include:

• Greeting customers with a smile
• Educate customers about one time washes as well as our monthly programs
• Set and maintain sales goals for self and team
• Answer customers questions and concerns
• Communicate equipment concerns to management
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized area for customers and staff
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety regulations
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions- this position will be outdoors for a majority of the shift
• Able to work near loud equipment
• Able to stand for 4 or more consecutive hours
• Provide excellent customer service
• Explain services provided at the car wash
• Communicate effectively
• Be punctual, responsible and accountable
• Work around moving vehicles and high-traffic environments
• Able to lift 0-50 pounds
• Additional duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
