We're seeking a motivated and experienced office manager. The office manager needs to have a knowledge in all aspects of dentistry. 3 years of experience is preferred.

• Must be proficient in billing (PPOs and Denti-Cal). Trace and resolve accounts receivables.
• Must be proficient in treatment coordination (working with the Doctors to present and sell cases)

• Marketing experience is preferred (must be assertive not aggressive).

• Knowledge of dental softwares (Eaglesoft/ Open Dental)
• Friendly, highly self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy, excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.

An ideal candidate should be capable of completing of all the following day to day duties includes, but is not limited to

-Recall, scheduling

-Billing, tracing, collecting payments.

-Presenting treatments.

-Social media marketing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
