CHD Brand is Hiring a Project Specialist Near Springfield, MA

Project Specialist: 

  • monitor/create efficient workflow for data collection at START.
  • Maintains master work plan for contingency management implementation, monitoring, compliance, documentation and data collection.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and makes recommendations on status reports, issue resolution, and program actual against project charter, budget, and/or plan. Assist with presenting data metrics at standing meetings and for other projects, presentations, or requests
  • Defines and communicates framework/templates for deliverables that span the engagement.
  • Support the team and clinic in meeting grant deliverables Standardizes and integrates plans, approaches, and deliverables across projects.
  • Raises deliverable quality concerns or questions to appropriate level; ensures appropriate content/structure is contained within the deliverable.
  • Supports the different initiatives including art group, behavioral health groups, running group, contingency management, medical group etc.
  • Develops, implements, and demonstrates evidence of achieving highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Captures and shares best practices for collecting and submitting GPRA, ESM/EIM data and service logs
  • Supports clinical team in meeting grant deliverables and ensuring patients are served
  • Leverages existing knowledge (intranet, internet, SharePoint, Red cap, Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and etc.,) through the effective and appropriate application to current project and/or engagements.
  • Ensures teams submit deliverables of patient metrics, visits, CM, running group, behavioral health group, art group etc
  • Promotes project team efforts and shares sense of purpose so that work is synchronized and concurrent, knowledge is shared, and seamless services are provided.
  • Educates and supports others in successful data collection, safeguarding, confidentiality, tracking, and presenting.
  • Mentors and supports others in engagement techniques, tracking and monitoring
  • Oversees and conducts all functions needed to support the START satellite clinic’s data collection, including but not limited to Developing system to keep track of GPRA intake and BSAS enrollment data, scheduling intake, 6-month follow-up and discharge and BSAS disenrollment.

Administrative Functions

  • Schedules and coordinates logistics of meetings for Director and /or staff members/providers.
  • Responds to all telephone calls for the department and uses a professional and courteous speaking manner while on the phone.
  • Completes all reports, spreadsheets, and/or other correspondence as necessary.
  • Establishes and maintains administrative office filing system, assists with ordering, deliveries, inventory, and organizing.
  • Attends regular meetings and meetings related to grant from the funder, takes minutes as requested, disseminates and stores
  • Assist with reports, contracts, tracking, and disseminating
  • Is an active member of the team committed to treating people with substance use disorder without judgement or prejudice.
  • Assists in all projects related to the grant and activities related to the work of treating, technical support and education related to substance use disorder
  • Works with the team on community engagement to further disseminate services and build relationships.
  • Assist in supporting training needs related to stimulant use, contingency management, and harm reduction.
