Duties:
- You will be working alongside other agents in the call center to provide excellent customer service to our diverse patients and customers while handling their requests accurately and efficiently.
- Responsibilities include, answering multiline telephones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and obtaining patient eligibility and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Qualified applicants are reliable, organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.
- HS Diploma/GED required.
- Prior experience in medical office and/or call center desirable.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
- Pre-Employment drug screen required.
