CHC Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Purchasing-Dropship and Inventory Analyst to join our team in our Aston (Delaware County) office.

In the Purchasing-Dropship and Inventory Analyst role, you will do the following:

• Complete all dropships daily according to company’s policies and procedures
• Evaluate all dropship purchases daily via reporting to determine any inconsistencies
• Communicate to purchasing/manager all delivery delays/issues and backordered products
• Communicate any issues related to an existing dropship order or any vendor related issues affecting future dropship orders
• Secondary function is to analyze inventory turns, non-moving inventory, and low margin products and identify cost savings opportunities
• Assist with picking and shipping as needed
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory counts
• Assist with warranty and vendor returns as required
• Assist with manufacturer recalls, warranty and vendor related return issues

Qualifications:

• Must be detail oriented with a high analytical ceiling
• Must be able to read, write, count, accurately
• Must be able and willing to work successfully in a team environment
• Previous experience with inventory control preferred
