Chaz 51 Steakhouse is seeking experienced BOH shift managers. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, engaged, reliable and should have the following skills:
- Supervise cooks and kitchen helpers
- Ensure kitchen staff is adhering to health and safety regulations
- Purchase food and kitchen supplies as needed
- Maintain quality and consistency of all food served
