Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages to our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption

- Adhere to all food safety and beverage service regulations

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service

- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, mixology, and drink recipes

- Proven experience in bartending or related role

- Proficient in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously

- Familiarity with restaurant, banquet, or catering operations

- Sales skills to upsell beverages and promote specials

- Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
