The Founding Middle School Principal is one of three senior, school-based co-founder roles (joining the Executive Director and Founding Director of Operations). The Founding Middle School Principal will be responsible for the academic vision, instructional leadership, and overall student experience at ChattAcademy. The Founding Middle School Principal reports to the Executive Director.

Experience

• Minimum of three years of experience in school-based leadership or closely-related experience required
• Previous experience with academic, curriculum, and teacher development
• TN Principal's Licensure
