CHATSWORTH PARK HEALTH CARE CENTER is Hiring a Director of Staff Development Near Chatsworth, CA

Director of Staff Development

8:30AM-5:00PM - Full Time (Mon-Fri)

Chatsworth Park Health Care Center is a skilled nursing facility with incredible culture and a tenured, experienced team! Our ideal candidate is organized, excellent attention to details and has Skilled Nursing Facility experience as a DSD.

Duties:

  • Assist licensed nursing personnel (i.e., RNs, LVNs, and Nurse Aides) in obtaining in-service training to keep their license current in accordance with state law. Provide in-service training as necessary/required.
  • Develop and direct orientation programs for all personnel, in accordance with our established policies and procedures.,
  • Maintain a productive working relationship with the medical profession and other health related facilities and organizations.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN in California
  • 2 years or more experience as an LVN in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Point Click Care experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41.00 per hour
