We are looking for a Maintenance/Janitorial worker to upkeep the grounds, cut grass, clean, sweep, mop the clubhouse, wipe down furniture, fix broken fence and miscellaneous items.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, sweeping and etc.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, fencing and etc.
• Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
• Report to a facilities or assistant manager for issues.

Skills

• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

• Outdoor work
