• Wage: starting at $24 - $28 per hour, DOE

• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday - 40 hours per week

• Hiring Bonus: $600 ($300 paid at 90/180 days)

A Day in the Life:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs of in the building, including but not limited to minor plumbing repairs, general carpentry, painting, drywall, minor appliance repair, and cleaning

• Perform unit turnovers to prepare for new residents, including servicing appliances, replacing old or faulty parts, and interior painting

• Address and follow up on all resident work orders in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain professional, friendly, and positive relationships and interactions with all residents, guests, and staff

Requirements:

• 3 years general maintenance experience or equivalent training

• Computer proficiency is helpful

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English

• Must pass a Department of Social & Health Services background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
