Leasing Coordinator
Chasebrook is seeking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team. This role assists the Leasing Manager in overseeing all leasing operations contributing to the success of our leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily leasing activities, including the distribution and follow-up of new and existing leads, scheduling tour appointments, and lease preparation.
- Manage all prospective tenant communication through multiple communication channels.
- Assist in the financial analysis and underwriting of potential commercial leases.
Qualifications/Skills
- Experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with an emphasis in business, finance, or accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Understanding of basic financial concepts used to evaluate investments and build models, such as simple cash flow analyses, time value of money, return on investment, etc
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivation, determination, and initiative in a team environment
- High attention to detail
