We are looking for an office assistant to operate case management and customer service for a staffing agency.
This individual should be confident and highly self-motivated, with core skills of anticipating, organizing, and prioritizing daily needs. They should be capable of multitasking and effectively managing tasks and projects. And have a collaborative attitude and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
The ideal candidate should be:
Highly professional, dependable, compassionate, and honest
Knowledge of Medicare Guidelines
Experience in Authorization
Client-centered and strive for customer satisfaction
Strong sense of urgency and ability to take initiative
Excellent organizational and management skills with close attention to detail
Effective Communication skills both (written and verbal)
Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with conflicting and changing priorities.
Possess a good level of Computer literacy.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities include:
Record case information accurately, complete all necessary forms and produce statistical reports.
Assist with case management, including; drafting service plans, reviewing case progress, and determining case closure.
Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc.)
Assist with verifying notes for billing
Develop effective working relations and cooperate with the team throughout the entire case management process
Ensure all deadlines are met
Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulations.
Take the extra mile and interact with patients to keep track of their progress and ensure satisfaction.
