Experienced Branch Manager, Vice President - Escrow Title Company

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee all operations of the branch offices, developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve financial objectives.

2. Team Management: Manage and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellence in customer service, productivity, and results.

3. Escrow and Title Expertise: Oversee all escrow and title matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and maintaining accuracy and efficiency in transactions.

4. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales initiatives, develop and nurture client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

5. Real Property Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in real property transactions, including residential, commercial, resale, and commercial properties, guiding clients, and team members through complex transactions.

6. Commercial Acumen: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape in commercial real estate, leveraging insights to capitalize on opportunities and drive business success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

• 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on escrow and title matters, sales, and commercial transactions.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams to achieve goals and exceed expectations.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

• Proficiency in real estate software/systems, MS Office Suite, and a willingness to adapt to technological advancements in the industry.
