Job Description

Chase Hill Apartments is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the property management industry and will be able to accomplish community objectives as set forth by the Property Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Income Collection
• Deposit all receipts prior to bank closing each day
• Maintain positive customer relations attitude, inclusive of the Fair Housing policies, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws that pertain to the multifamily Industry
• Liaise with tenants to obtain necessary information about habits, requests, security concerns etc.
• Works on lease renewals each month
• Sends files out for collections
• Maintains all records on all aspects that pertain to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activity for the community.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Property manager or relevant role in property management.
• Knowledge of residential and/or business properties practices.
• Ability to build productive relationships and solve problems by building trust, motivating through enthusiasm and delivering excellent service.

MUST have experience with RealPage and Bluemoon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $41,000.00 per year
