JOB SUMMARY:
The OB Program Manager is a full-time collaborative professional position for someone with outstanding people, organizational, and project management skills.
This OB Program Manager will enhance community outreach and engagement for the pregnant and postpartum population through various grant and non-grant funded initiatives including but not limited to three grant-funded program arms outlined as follows: 1) leading the planning and implementation of the Supportive Pregnancy Care group prenatal program through the March of Dimes, 2) educating providers about new internal referral workflows related to peripartum psychiatric services and working with the IT department to track referrals and patient engagement, and 3) planning and implementing prenatal and postpartum visit adherence incentives (ex/ pack n’ plays, diapers, etc) as laid out by the MCHRC Grant #2022-15. Furthermore, the OB Program Manager is responsible for working with the Chase Brexton business intelligence and grants teams to manage and meet the grant reporting requirements.
This position reports directly to the Director of Reproductive Health.
