General Custodian

Full time position (30 - 40 hrs. per week) for General Custodian to provide exceptional cleaning services for large facility in Walton, KY. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized and professional. Must be honest, possess a strong work ethic and a positive can-do approach to their work. The Custodian will keep the offices, restrooms and breakrooms in a clean and orderly condition. If you enjoy creating a clean and welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you!!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Clean offices and surrounding areas

Service, clean and supply restrooms

Clean breakrooms

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, spot cleaning and vacuuming

Gather and dispose of trash

Communicate maintenance issues

Qualifications:

Solution oriented

Good communication skills

Able to walk/stand for extended periods

Must be able to regularly lift/move 25 lbs. and frequently lift/move 10 lbs.

Previous custodial experience

Must pass background check and drug test
