Chartmetric is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our fast-growing team. We are a profitable 5-year-old startup, with a focus on music and data. We have the most advanced market intelligence tool developed for the music industry, collecting data from Spotify, iTunes, YouTube, and more, to help more than 4.5 million artists make better decisions.

As the Engineering Manager, you’ll be hands-on, as well guiding and mentoring existing team members. You’ll also be responsible for delivering critical technical projects and helping to stabilize our infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Stabilize the existing modern tech stack and help us build for scale as we take on larger customers.
• Hiring, developing and retaining great engineers!
• Oversee rapid development and deployments, and help steer us towards a more mature engineering organization with better reliability and performance.

Who You Are

• You’ve been a key player in a high growth company, for example, $1M to $10M ARR or $10M to $50M ARR, SaaS preferred
• You’ve built successful teams and are an expert at recruiting and vetting top talent
• You’re still close to the code and can jump in as needed and love solving hard problems
• You’re used to rapid deployment and not afraid of breaking things, however, you look for opportunities to provide reliability and performance into the code base.
• You want to continue growing on the engineering leadership side 
• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
