Job DutiesAs a Mental Health Residential Worker in a residential setting with Chartiers Center you would be committed to providing daily living supports to people facing mental health challenges. Job duties include:
- Assisting residents with daily living skills.
- Completing necessary skill training in the areas of daily living through hand over hand assistance, direct verbal and written presentation of information and observation, as assigned.
- Complete laundry, cleaning and shopping as required.
- Effectively respond to, report and document all emergencies/crises/incidents in accordance to relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
- Competitive Hourly Rate plus 10% shift differential for 11pm-7am shift
