Summary:The Graduate Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care for a defined group of patients according to the hospital’s philosophy of patient care and standards of professional nursing practice. The Graduate Nurse demonstrates responsibility and accountability for judgment and actions, maintains clinical competency and exercises informed judgment in delegating nursing care to others. The Graduate Nurse promotes patient, family and staff learning.The Graduate Nurse will work under the supervision of an RN.
