BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Payroll Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the training and development of newly hired employees, payroll helpdesk customer service and the documentation and maintenance of department policies and procedures as it pertains to the outcome of employee paychecks. You'll create training schedules, documentation, and support to prepare new team members for their role in the Shared Services Payroll Department. In addition, you will work closely with the Payroll Management team to identify and drive process efficiencies, identify training needs, and implement solutions.
