Charm Boutique is Hiring a Retail Sales Associate Near Gulf Shores, AL
Charm is looking for a new fashionista to join the team! We are looking for someone that is energetic, outgoing & passionate about fashion. Charm Boutique has both a physical location and online store. In addition to helping customers & maintaining a clean & neat store, you will manage the eCommerce site, ShopCharmBoutique.com & all Social Media accounts. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule to work a minimum of 4 days a week. Must be willing to work a minimum of 3 weekends a month. Store Hours: Mon - Sat 10:00-6:00 & Sun 12:00-5:00.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Daily activities include greeting and assisting shoppers, unboxing, steaming and merchandising new shipments and maintaining a clean and neat store. Opening and closing of the store and computer systems and other tasks required by management is also a responsibility.
-You will need to identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate products. You must be informed of the products and persuade the customer to buy. Sell, Sell, Sell!
-You will need to maintain the ecommerce site for ShopCharmBoutique.com. You will need to upload pictures and write descriptions for new items and make sure the New Arrival and Sale Sections are up to date.
-You will be responsible for creating social media content for Charm Boutique.
-Modeling and photoshoots: Pictures taken of new clothing and jewelry will be used for brand development of Charm Boutique. Pictures will be used on the website and social media.
-Cleaning: Swifter, mop, or vacuum the floor. Dust surfaces and Windex mirrors. Make sure the bathroom and stock room are clean and neat.
Hours and Pay:
-Hourly Rate of $12-$15 per hour. Payments made weekly. 30 - 40% Off Employee Discount.
-Guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week or minimum of 4 days per week.
-Will work an average of 3 weekends per month.
-60 Day Probationary Period. After the first 90 days, if all goes well, the addition of commission may be addressed.
Store Hours:
-Summer (Memorial Day - Labor Day) Mon. - Sat. 10:00 - 6:00, Sun. 12:00 - 5:00
-Spring, Fall, Winter Mon. - Sat. 10:00 - 6:00, Closed Sun.
