The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company's public image and promote key initiatives. This role requires a passionate individual with a proven track record in managing successful PR campaigns, handling media relations, and amplifying executive voices across various platforms. The Head of PR & Communications will also be the primary contact for media inquiries, manage relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers, and oversee the company's social media presence.Applicants for the Head of PR & Communications position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications is required, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong media network, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include drafting various communication materials, monitoring media coverage and industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and PR software is essential, as is the flexibility to travel and work outside regular business hours as needed.
