We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience ideally as a supply chain analyst or planner, from a fast-moving consumer goods business, and who is eager to move into a dynamic environment and has a natural flair for data analytics and project management Reporting Relationships{{{{:}}}}Reports to Director, Logistics and Inventory. Key Responsibilities{{{{:}}}}Your day-to-day responsibilities will be{{{{:}}}}
Support Logistics team in supervisory responsibilities and management for our three 3PL warehouses
Maintain and mange non-compliance chargebacks from customers, identifying and leading solutions for repetitive offenses, and disputing charges when appropriate
Management of daily communication flows with our warehouse and external partners surrounding non-compliance disputes and evidence submission via retailer portals and email
Produce monthly reports on evolution of chargebacks and financial impacts, compared to budget and trends
Manage newly implemented Returns/RA process at our warehouses for both B2C and B2B channels
Liaise with commercial and finance teams to ensure the reverse logistics of B2B returns are correctly followed and recorded
Analysis of stock reintegration rate from returns with creative solutions on improving
Close working relationship with inventory control, and customer supply chain teams
Communicate in a pro-active, informative, and collaborative manner
Disseminate large data sets into meaning reports, and present these to leadership as required
Requirements
A strong educational background, with 3-5 YOE
Extremely organized and able to work at a fast pace
Numerate, analytical and a good problem-solver
Attention to detail, and an ability to spot anomalies in large data sets
An intermediate user of Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Retailer facing and/or commercial experience huge plus
Prior knowledge of ASN process with retailers, pick-ups, palletization requirements and timing is beneficial but not required
Project management skillset
