QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Diploma: high school diploma or equivalent with business/clerical training.
• Computer proficiency including spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of current district Student Information System (SIS) preferred.
• Knowlege of technology and experiene in data entry, retrieval interpretation, and processing.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrates good reasoning skills.
• School district experience preferred.*

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Inputs entries related to the Student Information System and updates daily.
2. Inputs all student demographic data.
3. Assists in the registration and scheduling process.
4. Processes and distributes students schedules, class lists and mailing labels.
5. Assists in all daily entries to the attendance accounting system.
6. Assists in all entries related to school course and staff master schedule file.
7. Facilitates grade reporting for the school.
8. Assists in processing student class records for generation of FTE and/or WDIS funding.
9. Assists administration in producing documents, surveys, reports, and mailing labels.
10. Assists in transmitting and receiving transcripts electronically.
11. Monitors accuracy of data input and output
12. Duplicates, assembles, and distribues documents related to this position.
13. Assists in entering data and ensuring data accuracy related to testing.
14. Demonstrates initiative in the performance of assigned responsibilities.
15. Maintains confidentiality regarding student and personnel records.
16. Maintains positive relationships with co-workers, district employees, students and the public.
17. Participates in workshops and training sessions as required.
18. Assists with communicating the importance of accurate and timely collection of data and reports.
19. Responds to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
20. Keeps supervisor informed of potential problems or unusual events.
21. Performs compilation of reports and documentation as necessary fo FTE, ELL, ESE and other data tied to student fundingand reporting.
22. Prepares all required reports and mantains all appropriate records.
23. Performs other incidental tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the school.
