Charlotte Checkers is Hiring a Fan Experience and Engagement Coordinator Near Charlotte, NC
This position is centered around supporting season ticket holder communication, fan engagement, and enhancing the overall fan experience. With a key emphasis on driving brand awareness initiatives to boost Checkers ticket sales, especially focusing on theme night packages and Fevo sales. Additionally, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring exceptional game day experiences, facilitating the seamless fulfillment of ticket package sales during game nights with the goal of cultivating repeat attendance and capitalizing on revenue growth opportunities.
Fan Engagement and Experience
Assist in implementing a cost-effective strategy for the ordering process of promotional ticket items
Contribute to plans aimed at increasing engagement and brand awareness of package offerings
Support the development of creative content that enhances revenue streams and the game day experience including email creation, graphics and video creation in collaboration with the creative team
Create a dynamic and interactive customer-focused environment for package distribution
Contribute to executing and growing fan experience strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
Handle incoming calls/emails/texts with Checkers fans and ticket holders. Coordinate service for general fan concerns and handle the sales of single-game transactions.
Lead and mentor a staff of game night employees/interns providing guidance, support, and coaching to create a consistent, effective, and time-efficient plan for the distribution of package items and arena set up/tear down
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in promotional ticketing concepts, communication strategies and servicing
Assist in conducting assessments and surveys to gather fan & STH feedback identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of strategies to address concerns.
Season Ticket Holders
Coordinate and collaborate on all aspects of season ticket holder communication including mass email and text campaigns, Text to Win Contest and more.
Support the Director of Season Tickets by assisting promptly with STH orders, questions and requests
Contribute to the planning and execution of exclusive STH events or experiences and initiatives aimed at providing value and enhancing the overall STH experience.
Disseminate information on team updates, promos, and game day information/ parking effectively to season ticket holders
Sell new season ticket plans/partial plans and provide customer care and account management to the highest standard
Qualifications
Strong and confident communication skills including the ability to write clearly and effectively
Highly motivated and excellent attention to detail
Provide strong and respectful customer service skills at all times
Ability to work irregular/extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
