Job Description
Commissions: We offer one of the most competitive commission plans in the insurance industry. Make up to a tiered 10% on Property and Casualty premiums as well as up to 20% on Financial Service Products. Must be property and casualty or personal lines and willing to obtain Life and Health License. In office position only.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Dedicated to customer service
- Bi-lingual Spanish Preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Must have at least a Personal Lines License or Property & Casualty - Able to obtain a Life/Health License within 3 month of hire date
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Passion for marketing and educating products and services based on customer needs
- Salary plus commission/bonus - competitive commission tiered from 2% - 10% based on premium and policies and 15% to 20% Financial Services
