Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Denver Colorado
Compensation: $57,000 - $68,000 Annually
Licensure Requirements: Colorado Clinical or Provisional License - (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) (LPCC, LSW, MFTC,) If you are currently licensed in another state, you must be able to transfer your license to Colorado before your start date.

As a Therapist at Sandstone Care You Will:
Client Care Oversight: Ensure clients receive tailored, high-quality care for substance use, mental health issues, and mood disorders.
Therapeutic Group Facilitation: Lead clinical groups with empathy, fostering a supportive environment for clients' recovery journeys.
Individual Therapy: Provide personalized therapy sessions in a safe and confidential setting.
Family Therapy and Support: Offer therapy and support to clients' families, recognizing their vital role in the recovery process.
Treatment Plan Management: Oversee the creation and execution of treatment plans, ensuring alignment with clients' goals.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records to support ongoing evaluation and improvement of services.
Qualifications & Expectations:
Colorado Clinical or Provisional License - (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) (LPCC, LSW, MFTC,) If you are currently licensed in another state, you must be able to transfer your license to Colorado before your start date.
2 years of experience working in an outpatient, detox or residential treatment setting.
2 years of experience treating substance use disorders.
Experience working with adolescent populations (ages 13-18) and/or young adult populations (ages 18-30)
You must be proficient in using clinical skills and modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and documenting your work.
Master's Degree in a relevant field
