We are searching for an Assistant Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and consistent operations of our Charleys Cheesesteaks fast food restaurant at Ala Moana and Aiea. Pay will be determined based on your experience, up to $30 per hour. Serious inquiries only.

Minimum experience required: At least 3 years of consistent and continuous supervising experience in FAST FOOD service. Preferably no gaps of more than 3 months between jobs and a minimum duration of 1 year at a fast food restaurant. Verifiable references REQUIRED.

Job responsibilities:

• Administer daily operations, maintain inventories/orders and delegate tasks to Crew Members.
• Must be able to work any position when needed, including Cashier and Cook.
• Assist in managing staff in a consistently fair and firm manner. Maintain steady productivity through close observation. Provide direction when necessary.
• Routinely inspect areas of assigned responsibility and report all substandard safety, cleanliness, security, or equipment conditions to the General Manager.
• Assist in selection and evaluation of performance of Crew Members.
