Position entails:

• Must be on-time and prompt to work and rarely calls off
• Training is on the grave shift for 10-day training
• Proper phone etiquette and keeps a professional demeanor

Responsibilities\Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask between answering email and phone reservations.
• Ability to organize and keep an agenda on all manifests and trip logs
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability
• Portrays a friendly and polite attitude to all customers.
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining productivity and quality service.
• Has strong interpersonal communication and listening skills
