Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen and restaurant management, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food safety, and team leadership.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing kitchen management, food safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling guidelines.
- Implement and maintain efficient restaurant processes, including inventory management, scheduling, and cost control.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to track sales, inventory, and customer orders.
- Collaborate with Assistant Managers to optimize workflow and enhance overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and controlling costs.
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of employees to achieve common goals.
- Previous experience working with POS systems is preferred.
