The Sandblast Engraver is responsible for transforming various kinds of stones into beautiful memorials that use words and images to preserve the lives and legacies of the family’s loved ones. The Engraver must be able to use measuring tape, hand tools, lift over 50lbs at times and stand on your feet for the majority of the 8-hour shift. The ability to catch possible errors in spelling and if changes need to be made if blasting something can’t be done. The person in this role will also be responsible for the installation of a rubber stencil used to outline the design and lettering.

Minimum Requirements & Experience:

· High school diploma

· Valid driver’s license

· Experience would be great but not mandatory

· Knowledge of rules and regulations for the memorial services profession

Work Environment:

Spends most of the time indoors, utilizing heavy machinery.
