Salary Range: $42,432 - $51,233 (Estimated Annual Salary)

Minimum requirements:
Minimum Education - High school diploma/GED required; Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or related field is preferred.
Minimum Qualification - A minimum of 4 or more years of experience in a related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work.
This position requires an extremely high level of organization. Should be able to accurately type correspondences, reports and memoranda and effectively communicate with others both orally and in writing to respond to inquiries from elected and appointed officials, employees, and the public. Must have a high level of comfort using software programs such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Energov Permitting, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while performing a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines.
