Charleston Battery is Hiring a Sales Intern Near Mount Pleasant, SC
- Assist in managing client communications for one-time ticket sales, group sales, and season memberships
- Develop sales lead campaigns for the department through market and fan research projects
- Provide friendly customer service for in-coming calls and match day interactions
- Document and track progress of relationships with prospects through CRM
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of all group and season ticket internal and external events
- Other duties as assigned
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Must be a self-starter and possess team building skills
- Knowledge of the USL and soccer is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, etc.)
- Willingness and ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends throughout the duration of the season
- Ability to arrange personal housing and transportation at own expense
- Ability to interact professionally with Front Office staff, players, and coaches
- Must be available to work 19 home games and other assigned events as well as normal office hours
- Must be eligible to receive college credit
