Job Summary

Responsible for clerical and money management tasks as they relate to operating a cash register in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register. Maintain attention to detail work, customer service and interaction. • Able to make and count change accurately during heavy and/or low volume customer traffic flow. • Perform stocking duties of assigned areas. • Perform verification of beginning and ending cash counts.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Required) Experience: 6 - 12 Months related experience in office/clerical or food service settingSubstitution: Graduate of applicable technical school program or 8th grade education and 5 years related experience may substitute for 6 - 12 months related experience or HS/GED
