Janitorial Cleaners to join our Boston North team. The Janitorial Cleaner is responsible for day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of the Lowell and Haverhill Property restaurants including trash disposal, dusting, moping and occasional buffing of floors and occasional turnovers as directed. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of residential property maintenance experience, and must have a well-rounded industry skill set, and excellent communication skills. Work is to be performed in a high-quality manner with a sense of urgency. Clients and property must be treated with the utmost respect and hospitality. A valid driver’s license, well running vehicle/truck, are required for the job.

Pay Rate: 1.5 years of experience $20.00-$21.00.

2 years of experience $22.00-$23.00

Responsibilities of a Janitorial Cleaner:

• Assures that the entrances, hallways, stairwells, bathroomsand common areas are neat and clean. On occasion strip, wax and buff floors.
• Wash cabinets, windowsills, etc. Shampoo carpets. Remove trash.
• Dust and clean walls, ceiling vents and light fixtures.

Requirements of a Janitorial Cleaner

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in this country. High School Diploma, Or GED, HISET diploma
• At least 1 years residential property janitorial cleaning experience
• Must be able to push and pull up to 200-pound dumpster on wheels to the curb Highly proficient with written and verbal instructions in English Ability to organize and schedule work so that it can be completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, stoop, bend, grip, balance, climb, reach and lift
• Ability to keep the building clean and orderly.
• Self-starter, neat in appearance Must take direction well.
• Be friendly and professional. Work independently.
• Valid driver’s license Reliable Transportation
