Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori Lead Toddler Guide to join our team. As a Montessori Lead Toddler Guide, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of our young learners. This is a full-time position.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lessons based on the Montessori philosophy, scope and sequence
- Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
- Foster a love for learning through hands-on activities and interactive experiences
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's growth and milestones
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior

Qualifications:
- AMI or AMS Montessori certification for the 0-3 age group
- Previous experience working with young children in a Montessori school
- Strong knowledge of Montessori principles, curriculum, and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management and behavior management skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per hour
