Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, log in their information and create a welcoming environment
• Provide support to our management team
• Organize and maintain files and information in a confidential manner
• Manage communication including emails and phone calls
• Screen phone calls, redirect calls and take messages
• Schedule leasing appointments, meetings, and record work requests as needed
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• Process invoices
• Key in work orders
• Maintain and order office and kitchen supplies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 3-4 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
• High degree of attention to detail
• Working knowledge of general office equipment
• Team player with a positive attitude
