Well-respected Regional Property Management firm in business over 40 years with an expanding fee management portfolio is looking for resourceful, community-minded team members.
We are currently looking to fill positions for a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper to provide general cleaning services. The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for cleaning the exterior of buildings, sweeping and mopping hallways, cleaning of laundry room, cleaning of offices and community room, bulk trash removal, snow removal for sidewalks areas as well as cleaning units prior to rental.
The Porter reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Previous experience is preferred but not required.
