Days.# Boulder Community Health is seeking a Patient Services Rep who serves as a liaison between patients, families, hospital and medical staff. You will be responsible for the initial screening/triaging of patient or family concerns and complaints. Performs daily rounding in an ongoing effort to identify patient concerns in real time. #Assists with data collection and entry for Patient Services. #Coordinates with patient safety and risk on grievance process.
