Charles River CFO, Inc. seeks to add an experienced CFO to our core business. In this capacity, the position can be part-time, full-time, or on an interim basis.

Working as an embedded part of our client’s organization, you will consult as the primary Finance Executive for each client, becoming the “go-to” CFO for both its staff and leadership. We’re searching for an experienced chief financial officer to join our team of high-performing professionals and keep each client's finances positioned for continued success. 

The CFO will have a day-to-day, ongoing impact on company operations, helping to analyze, strategize, and grow the financial position. As a member of senior management, the CFO will be comfortable in a leadership role that requires clear and effective communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for leading clients’ financial operations. 
• Build solid relationships with constituents.
• Develop, implement, and enhance financial reporting and other business systems.

• Provide high-quality financial advice, experience, and analysis.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or similar
• CPA with Big 4 experience preferred

• SEC Reporting, IPO, and SPAC experience highly desirable
• Progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles 
• Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and solve problems
