Charles D. Sheehy, inc. is seeking an energetic Warehouse Associate to join the team! This position is responsible for supporting the warehouse department and performing various material-handling duties associated with the warehouse. Must be comfortable and capable of working both independently and with a team..

• Working outdoors occasionally
• Pull and assemble customers’ orders.
• Check outbound orders for accuracy.
• Perform inventory stock checks.
• Move, store, and replenish material.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
• Assist with loading drivers’ trucks.
• Ensures trucks are loaded according to COAI standards and Route Specs.
• Maintain, clean, and organize facility by sweeping, trash removal, etc.
• Cycle count inventory, store in orderly and accessible manner.
• Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report to supervisor.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Take on other responsibilities assigned by management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Warehouse experience at least 1 year
• Require/ Preferred (English)

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED

PHYSICAL DEMAND

• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to lift to 75 pounds, during physical loading /unloading of trucks.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours to perform job related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
