Looking to the future, Smart Data Solutions has ambitious growth plans for the next few years and is currently seeking a Mailroom Scan Operator to join our team!

What you’ll be doing?

Principal Responsibilities:

• Operate desktop scanning machine to process medical insurance documents
• Review scanned images for quality and accuracy
• Preform other basic office duties as assigned
• Work until all tasks are completed for the day
• Ensure that all PHI information is kept confidential
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Hourly Pay and Available Schedule

• $15 per hour eligible for a bonus based on performance
• Full-time availability
• Available shifts vary between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday
