Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager Assistant with promotional opportunities for growth. In this position, you will work closely with our account managers to deliver superior service to our clients and support various administrative tasks within the organization. You will also learn to manage small business accounts and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist account manager in managing client accounts, including policy administration, endorsements, and renewals.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person meetings when necessary, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client needs and preferences.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information in our agency management system.

Support account managers in preparing insurance quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.

Conduct research on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to stay informed and provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.

Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to new processes and systems.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
