As a Compassionate Companion Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized support and assistance to individuals in need.

Responsibilities :

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and provide transportation when necessary.
• Foster meaningful connections through engaging conversations and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals, including light housekeeping duties.
• Keep detailed records of care provided and promptly report any changes in condition to the appropriate parties.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a compassionate team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
