Char’d runs as a Korean bar and grill restaurant. We have been voted “Best Korean restaurant in Milwaukee” 4 years in a row. We strive to vitalize the heart of Milwaukee by offering modern Korean cuisine with grilled meats and greens.

We believe food is information and vibration that could transform people’s lives. We welcome people who are fun yet professional, upbeat, social, and who are interested in Korean Culture as well as cuisine. We are located in Historic Third Ward.

You must be a positive person, have attention to details, pleasant towards customers as well as your peers, quick learner, multi-tasker and diligent. You must have an open availability to work both weekday nights and weekend nights.

Shifts are 4:00PM to 10:00PM Fridays and Saturdays, and 4:00PM to 9:00PM on Sundays and weekdays. You must be able to work weekends and at least 2 weekdays in order to apply.

Pay is $2.33 per hour, plus tips.

Qualifications:

• Has a strong sense of genuine and heartfelt hospitality.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to work six hour shifts, with extensive standing/walking.
• Ability to meet Char’d dress code (dark shirt and long pants) and grooming standards and maintain during shifts.
• Ability to consistently lift or carry up to 25lbs.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures everyone has the complete Char’d experience.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our menu offerings.
• Suggest additional items to guests as appropriate.
• Maintain cash and cash equivalents in a responsible manner.
• Solicit guest feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning tables, chairs and floors of debris.
