Position: Accounts Receivable Representative
Job Description:
As a QUICKBOOKS Expert team member, you will be responsible for working in our office, with a primary effort in all bookkeeping work managing all facets in this role. We are a service business with a casual fast-paced atmosphere. Come to us with your skill, positive attitude and desire to leave our customers with a smile and confidence that their overall experience with us is FIVE star rated.
- Continuous training on industry and company product/service offerings
- Experience in Industry: Acculynx CRM a plus
Skills:
- Must thrive in a fast-paced service business office environment
- Minimum 3 year experience in general accounting using QuickBooks (Desk Top and Cloud based)
- Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed with ability to meet established deadlines
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and a self-starter
- Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Payroll, experience a plus
- Must have a team player attitude
- Strong customer service orientation
- Previous work experience as Sales or Customer Support
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of customer service practices
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- Minimum of 60 wpm
Pay: Negotiable, per experience
