Warren Haven, conveniently located in Oxford, NJ is seeking a Director of Maintenance with an acitve Black Seal license. The Director leads a seasoned team that ensures a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, visitors and family members. The Maintenance Director ensures all mechanical systems and physical structures are safe, fully operational and that a Preventative Maintenance program is on-going. The Maintenance Director must possess a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry and be responsible for obtaining needed materials by negotiating contracts and obtaining bids. Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations is essential as well as Life Safety Codes and inspections. Experience in a health-care setting is preferred, but not required. Pleasant work environment. Health Insurance, Aflac, PTO and other benefits available. Pleanty of PPE & Education for staff. Come join a team that puts our residents first.
