Sign on bonus! Warren Haven has a great opportunity available for BLACK SEAL Licensed Maintenance Assistant . The community is a skilled nursing facility conveniently located in Oxford, NJ. Job duties include basic maintenance repairs, performing preventative maintenance tasks including prepping and painting, basic plumbing etc. (Maintaining the landscaping and snow removal are done by contractors). Excellent salary and benefits offered. The position is for the 11-7 shift and includes every other weekend. Other shifts also available. Pleasant work environment for a team player who takes pride in their work. The ability to work as a part of a team is essential. Good customer service skills needed. Possession of a current Low Pressure Black Seal License is Mandatory.
